An excellent Carmenere of a deep blue red colour with black and mature red fruit aromas like blueberries, berries, grosella, strawberries and cherries together with spiced blends which mix in harmony with touches of chocolate, tobacco and wood. Its excellent structure and great body with thick and silky tannins, make this wine an ideal complement for semi-mature cheeses, cream-based dishes, cheese quiche and pastas, well-spiced food and soft turkey, rabbit and ostrich meat.
